- "Funny" reading about the excactly same symtoms which my A3000 shows me.
- I used a great deal of time hunting the problem down, which resulted in the
- flickering/dots. I was not aware of it as a "common problem" (mostly because
- I've just recently bought my A3000), but now I certainly am.

- The problem is the PAL chip U202. On it is this text: 390526 PAL 16L8D.
- It's located near the CHIP RAM.
